TICKET INFORMATION

Price
General admission is $12 (+ tax, credit card, and booking fees = $14 total). Children 12 & under are always FREE.

Where to Buy
Tickets are available online or at our cashless box office inside the Palmer Events Center. Box office prices are the same as online. Most artists accept cash; concessions and box office do not. An ATM is on-site.

Season Tickets
Available online until December 12, 2025 only. Not sold after opening day.

Refunds
All sales are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, gift your QR code ticket to a friend, family member, or coworker.

Using Your Ticket
Tickets can be scanned on your device or printed. Lost ticket? Staff can look it up by name and email.

Admission
A general admission ticket is valid for any one day of the show (not date-specific). Same-day re-entry allowed with a wristband.

Pre-Purchased Tickets
Skip the box office! Go straight to the entrance to receive your wristband. Ins-and-outs are allowed with a wristband.

Beware of Third-Party Sellers
Tickets are sold only through our official website (Ticket Tailor) or at the on-site box office. We never sell outside the venue.
